Atelier Set Architecture was commissioned by Access Bank to provide a design proposal for a mixed –use master plan that includes residential, commercial, a school, a church, and sports facilities. The site is located off the Lekki Express way, in Lagos, Nigeria. The rectangular shaped plot is in excess of half a million square meter in area and sits along the Atlantic Ocean and close enough to the new Eko Atlantic City.
The design proposal offered a virtual hierarchical spread of sites sizes (varies from 1,000m2 to 5,000m2) that in turn informed the dynamic cascading effect of the various structures reaching the minimum height of two floors towards the ocean front; therefore emphasizing on the main sea-view towards the Atlantic Ocean.
